Golden Triangle Fund, LLC of Red Wing, MN, is a micro-venture fund designed to take risks for the good of the community and to help businesses in the area. Golden Triangle Fund is the first angel investment group formed in the region. It aims to create 21st century jobs and grow the local economy. The fund plans to invest $25,000 to $100,000 at the seed stage and may provide larger investments along the way to support growth. Investments are made in exchange for convertible debt and/or ownership equity. Once an investment is made, the members of the fund plan to remain “active investors” to help that business succeed.
